What is London like for a UCL international student?
Anyone coming to study on the IPM benefits from the fact that we are in a central London location, so you’re very close to pretty much everything that London has to offer in terms of Social life, cultural activities, sightseeing, if you’re into seeing the the famous places around the city. And we’re also in the part of London where there are many other universities, so there’s a there’s a great buzz, I think, to this particular part of London. It’s something that’s hard to describe until you get here, but I think it’s something that the students do enjoy. At the beginning, I thought like I’m going just go to a different culture, one specific culture, and that’s all, but when I came here I found out myself surrounded by all the nationalities, different culture, everything you need you can find in London, basically, and you feel like everyone is actually the same, everyone’s like approaching something new to him or to her. so it’s quite good experience and I liked it. I was surrounded by multicultural students and it was very very interesting and it was an incredible experience for me because since it was my first year of studying somewhere in a foreign country I realised that sharing the educational process and things to do it makes you improve your skills, your knowledge and it develops your personality.
