What international students LOVE/HATE about studying in the Czech Republic
Hello and welcome to the Czech Republic!
Today we’re on a hunt for foreign students to find out how much they love
or hate studying in the Czech Republic. So let’s find them. Excuse me, are you a

It might be a better idea to actually go to a university to find students
What do you like about studying in Czech Republic? – Everything to be
perfectly honest. -The campus is amazing -The beer -I like your food, I like goulash.
-The Czech Republic is really centralized in Europe, so it’s a good opportunity
to travel around. -You can work your schedule so you only have class three
days a week. So I pretty much just have four days to do whatever I want as much
as I want. -There lots of things going on here and Prague is never boring it’s
really beautiful. -Free interview? Free interview? Perfect come on.
You speak English or Czech? Česky? Both? -“A odkud jseš” (where you from?)
-“Z Finska” Wow and you speak Czech? – I do, well it’s relatively inexpensive to
study here in English program. I’m learning Czech a little bit. -So what can you say in Czech? -Jak se máš? -I love the fact that I can
travel a lot. -I’m just like country hopping for the last couple weeks
-This is the school cafeteria, the only exit. So how to find foreign students?
I’m gonna ask every single…”Dobrý den” -“Dobrý den” -Not a foreign student. “Můžete jít.” -Better being a tourist here or student?
-I think a student, yeah students life is pretty he’s pretty amazing here.
-I think it’s cool. -A lot of fun. -Absolutely! So many positive people! – You’re actually
one of the reasons I came here. -Really? I was actually looking to study in the Germany. I saw the video “Study in the Czech Republic” that actually got me
started into looking into… -No way! My expectations were like little lower
but I think the teachers are really qualified for studying in English. -Thank
you very much did you notice I was walking backwards the whole time? -Yes –Pretty impressive right? Something you don’t like about studying here?
No, not really. I mean it’s really cool teachers are nice. -Can I say can I tell
the truth? Too much homework! -Too much homework?
-We’ll show this to your professor. -No. -We won’t, don’t worry. -A lot of things close on the weekends here. -Bars are always open. -Bars are always open, which is good.
-So far so good! Everything has been awesome! -Weather. -Is it cold? -Yeah -People look into the floor. Don´t help you.

-Although you guys are a little bit shy at first when you open up…lovely people!
-Honestly, I was super happy that students foreign students here in Czech
Republic are having a great time studying here and the complaints about
weather and homeworks will get rid of that Excuse me, Minister of Education?
Yeah can we get rid of homeworks for foreign students? You can?
But you’ll get double homeworks to Czech students? Sure why not. Okay thanks bye! Done.
