it’s like a light bulb it’s a mindset
it’s a really a process it’s really like a symbiotic relationship it’s a new
discovery all the time it kind of just takes the idea of pushing yourself and
puts into one word meliora ever better the RAS and the d’Lions in the freshmen housing came down picked up all my stuff and walked it up to my room I said
thank you and they said meliora I had to track him down afterwards and find out
what it meant. I love everything about this word. As a freshman I didn’t even
know how to pronounce it, I didn’t really know what it meant. To
learn to change to affect positive change becoming a better person every
day the practice of doing the very best you can to push the envelope being more
selfless than selfish there’s a thirst for knowledge to be better to be
stronger to be smarter you have to force yourself to look at negative things as
positive the ability to fail and to learn from those mistakes make people’s
lives better becomes viral becomes addictive actually who inspires it
Winston Churchill Picasso Monet Michael Phelps Barack Obama and James Nelson
medulla Thomas Alva Edison before creating the light bulb failed

problems that we should solve to use engineering in the way I can help others
to make the world ever better to make ourselves ever better we have potential
