The world is a very mixed and diverse
place and so when you are able to create a snapshot a that community that
they’re going to be working at in your institution and have your
domestic students your international students from different countries and your domestic students coming from
different backgrounds and from different levels income that creates such a wonderful entry into what the real world is going
to look like. And having faculty members staff and professionals like myself who
are foreign-born working at these higher education
institutions really adds completely different perspectives to the
dialogue and to the conversations that takes place take place in on campus at a higher
level or in classroom. The way you when you
were able to educate these young minds of these different
countries you are really bringing the world together
in this when you think about it and when you
have the students returning to their home countries talking about their wonderful
experiences in the United States and and the value of their education and
what they learned in being able to benefit their own communities. Your impact and your footprint
is so wide. [background musical sting]
