FOR THE SMALLER FORT WORTH ISD THE RESULTS SHOW NO CHANGE EXCEPT THIS FACT, WHILE ONE FORT WORTH ISD SCHOOL IMPROVES, ANOTHER FALLS BACK 12 DIFFERENT FORT WORTH SCHOOLS ARE NOW ON THE FAILING LIST. WE KNOW THAT WE CAN MAKE IMPROVEMENTS BECAUSE WE’VE MADE IMPROVEMENTS. WE ARE NOT DEVOID OF IMPROVEMENT. JUST WHEN WE PUT ALL OF OUR EFFORT INTO SOME SCHOOLS SOMETIMES OTHER SCHOOLS FALL BEHIND.
