Welcome to NEETLab – We help students with
strong desire to become a doctor Tamilnadu State Medical Counselling for Government
Quota MBBS seats for both govt colleges and private colleges have just completed. Congradulations from NEETLab for those students
who got Government quota mbbs seats. I request you to comment your name, category,
score and allotted college in this video, to let us know and celebrate your achievement. In this video, I am going to share the Round-1
Tamilnadu NEET cutoff results for govt quota in private medical colleges and also discuss
what other options students have who missed Govt quota MBBS Seats in private colleges. For Open Category, this year Round-1 cutoff
is 361. The last year 2017 cutoff for OC category
was 306. For BC it is 344, which is 70 marks higher
than the last year cutoff. For MBC, the round-1 neet cutoff for this
year 2018 is 300. Now lets see the options available for students
who got less than government quota cutoff marks. BC students who got NEET score greater than
340 may get a chance to get in tamilnadu round-2 counselling. Similarly for MBC, students who have above
295 have a chance and for SC it should be above 230. There will not be much difference in cutoff
for round-2 counselling because students who got in state quota generally don’t vacate
their seats. What if your score is below this cutoff marks. You have two options to choose from. The first option is management quota where
tuition fees is 12.5 lakhs/year. As per Tamilnadu Medical Counselling Committee
notification, management quota and NRI quota private medical college counselling is expected
to start by 16-July-2018 . The other option is to study medicine in foreign medical colleges. Tuition fees for good foreign colleges start
from Rs 4 lakhs/year. If you score is above 96, Medical council
of India allows you to study in more than 400 foreign medical colleges. If you need free guidance in selecting the
best foreign medical college send whatsapp request “MBBSABROAD” along with your city,
state and neet score to 7010 253 788 to get free guidance. If you liked this video, please cheer us by
