Reply The one whom Jesus loves says: November 21, 2019 at 6:24 pm Parents lock up your guns!!!!! Reply darkjedi351 says: November 21, 2019 at 8:05 pm So who finished the machine work on his “kit gun” you can’t just buy a 80% receiver and assemble it and use it without doing to 20% machine work to finish the receiver. Reply darkjedi351 says: November 21, 2019 at 8:05 pm What does hunting have to do with building guns? The is reporter is asking some dumb questions Reply darkjedi351 says: November 21, 2019 at 8:07 pm So another prohibited person with an illegal gun. So why go after legally owned firearms and law abiding people with more gun control laws that wouldn’t of prevented this shooting. Reply MK27 PILOT says: November 21, 2019 at 8:07 pm Welcome to 2019 Libtwats- people can make guns in their garage. California Gun Restrictions are worthless. Homemade guns have serial numbers and are required per law to be registered within 10 days. The law requiring Ghost/kit guns to be registered was signed into law by Governor Brown in 2016.(AB857). Homemade guns made prior to this law did not have serials numbers, but after the ghost gun law, all homemade guns were required to be brought in and stamped with a serial number and the owner would be required to have a background check. It is illegal to own an unregistered gun in California. Chances are that this gun was his father’s, and created before the ghost gun law. His father passed away in 2016, and the family may not have known the law. Reply onizuka sensei says: November 22, 2019 at 2:35 am Villanueva is purposefully misleading by implying that it is easy to build a kit gun. The type of machinery and skill he needed to have access to in order to complete the gun is not an easy thing. Most likely his father had started to process and had the difficult millwork finished but didn't 100% complete the gun. The rest of the the fathet's guns had been disposed off but the mother didn't have a clue about the kit. The son probably squirreled them away somewhere and finished the assembly based on tutorials. This would also indicate that he likely had a plan of ill intent. Nonetheless, indicating that most likely the difficult parts had already been taken care of by the father doesn't help his narrative. Therefore, he instead leads people ignorant on the subject to believe that this is something any child can do. Irregardless, evil and disturbed people will always find a way to commit atrocities. Disarming lawful gun owners will only serve to deny the innocent protection from such atrocities and/or the tyranny of government with a monopoly on force. Reply Bochaba says: November 22, 2019 at 7:34 pm I bet after they took father's guns he bought the kits and the son used one of those. Reply Jess James says: November 22, 2019 at 8:43 pm I have news for the media ignorant dumbasses. The frame still had to be machined which takes equipment and skill. It isn't illegal under Federal law to machine weapons from blank material and it shouldn't be. Anyone that thinks so should move their happy asses to China and lick the Chi Com's boots or maybe go to Hong Kong. Reply Jess James says: November 22, 2019 at 8:48 pm I bet this punk sheriff couldn't compete a socalled ghost gun without a lot of help. I doubt he can qualify at the range. Reply cali818 says: November 22, 2019 at 8:52 pm few years ago california required a serial number before a person can start working on 80%…….and all guns without serial numbers were made to have a serial number and be registered…….so this only proves gun laws in california are useless Reply FF Film Crew says: November 22, 2019 at 11:02 pm Registration leads to confiscation. This interview makes me think we have another false flag. The gun grabbers have bad shit on thier minds once they finally bleed by a thousand cuts and get the 2nd ammendment eliminated. They will either cause a civil war or create over a hundred million criminals who hide their weapons Reply JONNIE TRUTH says: November 23, 2019 at 12:26 am LETS FACE IT …THIS IS ANOTHER TREASONOUS HOAX …THESE PEOPLE ARE COMING FOR ALL AMERICANS AND ARE READY TO TEAR UP THE CONSTITUTION TO GET ALL OF US …THE MEDIA ARE CORRUPT ..
