Reply First Last says: January 16, 2020 at 10:43 pm He didn't have to report it in flight, during an emergency. Fake media and their fake news. Reply Robert Mizek says: January 16, 2020 at 11:51 pm The pilots’ first priority in an emergency is “fly the airplane”. The second is “navigate” and get the plane on the ground. The third is communicate with other aircraft and the tower to insure that no collisions occur. A heavily loaded plane with a long flight path unfortunately may have to dump some fuel so that it’s landing weight is within safe limits. It can be a matter of life and death for all the passengers and other aircraft on the ground. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
