Montana State University International Student Testimonial
My name is Aedine and Im from Cameroon. I am majoring in cell biology and
neuroscience and Im a sophomore. I actually found MSU online, I found this school that was on the West
Coast which is were I wanted to go and the price was really good compared
to a lot of other schools. I applied and I got an SAT scholarship thats renewable every year
you go to MSU so thats really nice. The first semester that I was here at MSU, I took a biology class, it was
physiology class and we had cadaver labs and that was really cool because we got to touch the cadavers. It was really nice because then it helps me know
that I can actually go into the medical field cause I never got queasy or anything. One of the classes that
I enjoyed the most last semester was my writing class, creative nonfiction. I love writing and it was that opportunity to be creative because Im always science, science, science.
So its a nice relaxing period that I can be creative. I lived in the dorms for two semesters and
what I liked most about living in the dorms was meeting new people and just constantly being around people. I like that
because whenever you have this problem, oh this person two doors down has this. One of my hobbies is
dancing and I just love dancing I wasn’t sure I was gonna find something here.
fortunately I did get involved with classes at the gym and the dance club. And so I
was able to find other people, and my roommate happened to be a dancer so
that was nice. So I got to do a lot of dancing.
