U of T is very well-reputed
for what I want to study and it is known around the world for being one of the best universities. I believe that I could get a lot of good opportunities here and kind of pursue what I want to do with
the rest of my life. I knew I was interested
in biology and psychology and I went through some of the majors and specialists offered and I came across something known as Behaviour,
Genetics and Neurobiology and it seemed very
interesting at the time. So when I found out that U of T gives me exactly what I want to study from an undergraduate level itself, it sort of helps me when it
comes to my graduate studies or when I want to pursue a PhD. A lot of the opportunities here are very welcoming to
international students and students from India especially. So even if you do come here as an international student,
don’t feel like you’re alone. There are a lot of other students like you and there are a lot of people here who are there to help you. Every time you walk to
class, you see people from all over the world and
every time to you talk to a group of people, they’re
from so many different places and you get to know about
so many different cultures. And it’s not only about
your academic field, it’s also about learning about people and interacting with
them and making friends that will last a lifetime.
