Osnabrück is an amazing city for a
student. I think there are a lot of students in the city which make it really alive. It’s very beautiful. There is a lot of trees, flowers and it’s really surprising walking around and seeing that there is fruit growing on trees and bushes everywhere. Everything seems like in a walking distance. I appreciate the extra-walking, you don’t need to use a car. The atmosphere is very
peaceful. I think the city very much lives up to its name that it’s the ‘City of Peace’. Lingen is a really save place. I really like it. It’s really quiet, I feel I am at home. The people are very friendly, very
open-minded. I like it here. Every campus for me is really pretty. I just feel really at home and really comfortable. I really like the Haste campus because it’s super big, super green. It’s nice in the summer. My favorite part is the Mensa. The food is amazing. The professors here are very friendly, very well prepared. I’ve learned a lot with them. The teachers come from a very diverse background, so I feel like each one of them is really not
knowledgeable not only from their place of home but they have global
knowledge of whatever you’re studying. I think the equipment here at the
University of Applied Sciences is very adequate for my needs. The support of University is very well structured. Everyone answered my e-mails super fast and they helped me with the visa, with the documents. There are several channels of
support here at the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück. Especially from the promotion college office I received financial support to develop my german language. What helped me the most were my friends, especially the international ones because they’re kind of my family here in Germany. I think I’m very well integrated in the
society. Everything was beyond my expectations. I would never expect I had so many opportunities. It has become a very valuable, very successful, very predictably positive collaboration. You really grow as a person. You step out of your comfort zone. Whenever you experience all these new
cultures and trips you make great connections. And I believe friendships will last a lifetime.
