KYLE NATIONS: It’s wonderful to see everybody. It was fun planning it. The weather has been great, we’re glad Hays
recognized us and we appreciate that. It’s kind of sad in a way because a lot of
our classmates are not here with us. But it’s remarkable that so many are. Hays means a lot to us because we are the
original Rebels. Kyle, Buda and Wimberley came together and
were pretty arch rivals with Buda. To find out your senior year, you’re going
to go to school with your nemesis kind of brought us all together in one way. But we made due, we bonded and we have lots
of life-long friendships and proud to be Rebels. ALEX GAMEZ: It was fantastic. This is the first time I get to see a lot
of my classmates. So it’s great seeing them and so forth. It’s good to be back here watching the Rebels
and get honored for our class reunion. It was great. ALEX GAMEZ: Just meeting everybody and seeing
what they’re up to nowadays and what have you It’s just amazing how all of us have gone
our separate ways and what have you. But we’ve all come together for this
special reunion, it’s just fantastic. We just talked about old times, some of the
coaches we used to have. We were making fun of some of them, but laughing. That was fun. DAVID DABELGOTT: We had a lot of firsts of
everything in that class. So everything we did was a first. Not many people can say that in their life. I mean, to be the first is special and we
kinda set the tone for the future and we’re glad we did it the right way. DAVID DABELGOTT: Ah geez [Laughs], good memories. I mean those were good times and then life
happens after you get out of school. It’s like, geez, you always look back at the
good times in life and those were some special times. I’ll never forget it.
