If you want to start your journey towards
becoming a registered psychologist, then the Graduate Diploma of Psychology is
for you. You’re learning in this program will be highly specialised and focused.
You’ll start off with some foundation units in psychology that look at
introduction to research methods and statistics. From this you’ll expand your
knowledge in various psychology units, such as developmental psychology,
cognitive psychology and also advanced psychometric assessment. There are many career outcomes upon graduating from this program. So things within the
community, such as a support worker there are government places that allow you to
work in child protective services. This program will also allow you to go into
the field of research in hospitals or community or the private sector, but most
importantly the completion of this degree will allow you to apply for your
