(graduation song) – I wanna thank Mr. Gillies
for watching me grow up, and being the best
principal ever. – I wanna thank Coach
Bruder for always pushing me to be a better person,
a better self than I am, and she’s an amazing teacher, so shout out to you Mrs. Bruder,
you’re amazing, I love you. – We would like to
thank Ms. Anderson for all three years of teaching
that she has shown us a lot as far as English and
with life situations also, we thank you so much. – I wanna thank Mr. Gillies
for being the best principal in the world and, I don’t know, you’ve been amazing, awesome, amazing for the past two years, and Samuels for being
my English teacher. I love you, I love all y’all, staff at Crowley High School, y’all are the best and
I’ll always love y’all and I’ll always remember y’all. – Thanks Ms. Brown. – Thank you.
– You’re the best. – You really are the best.
– You’re amazing. – Yeah you impacted
all of our lives in the most positive
way possible. You made my high school
experience the best. – I wanna say thank
you to Mr. Roberts for making me grow, because
I was the student that was like extremely quiet So you kind of made me make myself bigger and show … I actually surprised
myself on what I could do. So shout out to you. I also want to say thank you
to all the teachers at CTE that believed in us. – I’d like to say
thank you to my mom. Being a super mom and
raising my brother and I by herself, it’s a
wonderful accomplishment that my family and I
can enjoy together. And it’s all because of
her, all because of her. – I would like to
thank Ms. Hyatt. She helped me out a lot through my three
years of high school. She helped me a
lot with college, just giving me advice. – I wanna thank Miss
Glover for teaching me to push towards my
dreams, never give up and always be strong
and follow the law, Law Enforcement 101, thank you. – I just wanna say thank
you to Mr. Gillies. I know you took us
all under your wing, but me especially, I just
felt really close to you, and you were more
than my principal, you were my friend. You keep saying how
much we’ll be missed, the Class in 2017, but you’ll be
missed just as much. So thank you. – What it means to
be graduating today? It means that life’s
actually about to start. I get to get out
there and have fun and experience new things. – It means so much for me to
be graduating from high school with money in my pocket and then I get to go
to college after this, so it means so much
to be able to do that for the first time for
someone in my family. And I’m just so thankful
that I get to do it with my family behind me. – [Announcer] Congratulations
to the class of 2017.
