Best memories of the Royal College of Music
Oh gosh… What was the question, sorry? A lot of my best memories revolve around the quality of musicians that are here. And when you get to play with them I’ve got to try and keep up with them and that is totally inspiring. Sitting in the Haitink concert and playing for Haitink The first time on stage at the Britten Theatre stage was just amazing. I’m in a real theatre, I sound great. Surrounded by many talented young musicians with many great professors. It was my first college concert after moving here and I teared up in the end of it and it was so emotional. And I was like where am I? We got to do Rhapsody in Blue in the Big Band with Mark Armstrong What struck me the most is that I can really feel home here Christmas party, summer ball, they were really good memories.
