Best College Kids React Bracket!
– Okay, everybody.
Here’s the standings. Producer Kyle is currently working on
an episode of college kids reacting to the brackets meme,
pitting a bunch of different pop culture stuff
against each other, like Kanye West songs,
Pixar movies, stuff like that. I made a bracket of how
I should start this vlog. Now, I have a lot of songs
stuck in my head and I’m gonna sing one of them. Now should it be the Thong Song,
No Scrubs, Baby Got Back, or Apple Bottom Jeans? Let’s see the top four
and how they compete. So going into the final rounds,
we’ve got Thong Song versus Baby Got Back. Interestingly enough,
baby DOES have back. That is a very well known fact,
so I don’t think we need to reiterate this. So Thong Song is pulling ahead
into the top two. Now No Scrubs
versus Apple Bottom Jeans is an interesting one
because Scrubs is my favorite TV show of all time,
but Apple Bottom Jeans never made sense to me
because why would you put fruit in your pockets? You’re just gonna sit on them
and squish them and also pockets
are not big enough to fit in jeans. We’re not talking
apple bottom cargo pants. So it’s gonna be
No Scrubs versus Thong Song in the final two, but No Scrubs,
there’s nothing there, so Thong Song wins
and we’re singing Thong Song as we go to talk to Kyle about
College Kids React to Brackets. Let’s go! ♪ …truck, truck ♪ – (laughing) No, you are not singing
the Thong Song right now. – (Eric) ♪ I think I’ll sing it again ♪ – Why do you know the Thong Song
by heart like that? – (Eric) ♪ …butt, butt ♪ We need to go talk to Kyle. – All right, you’re gonna
answer my questions, okay? – Okay. – So there’s an episode
of College Kids– – It’s not even on right now.
You’re gonna answer MY questions. – (Eric) Why do you always have a gun
when we come down here? Hey!
– (Brooklin) Stop! – (Eric) You are a father!
– (laughing) A damn good one. – There’s college kids
reacting to the bracket, the tournament brackets, yes?
– Yes. – And how did that come up,
because I know it was a viral trend, but I didn’t expect it to be this big. – You know who
you should ask about this is that guy because he pitched it. – You pitched the tournament brackets?
– I did. – What was the first tournament
bracket you saw because the first one
I saw was the Pixar one. – (Ethan) I saw the Kanye one.
– (Brooklin) There was a Kanye one? This is the one that
Alex was talking about. – (Eric) Did you guys make
a bracket for college kids, like FBE? What is it? – It’s a bracket of the best episode
of College Kids React. – (Eric) And was there
a unanimous winner? How’d it go?
– Absolutely not. Very different answers
across the board. I think everyone picked
something that they were in. There have been 64 episodes
of College Kids React released, so it fills out perfectly
in the bracket. – (Eric) Really?
– Yeah, they all fit, so it’s every single episode
from the time that we filmed it. My pick is Bhad Bhabie These Heaux.
I love that episode. – (Brooklin) We should make a bracket
of the staff members. That’s how we do staff of the month. – (Eric) Can you send me the PDF
that you used for the brackets? – Absolutely!
– (Eric) Thank you! I’m gonna make (stammering)–
staff– strap–? Yeah, thanks! I’m gonna make some staff
try to fill out the brackets. – See?
– (Eric) Ooh! – He’s gonna be the staff
member of the month. – (Eric) No, for
the college kids episode. We’re not ranking people. – I mean, you might
not want to rank people, but I want to rank the staff members. – Who would be your number one? – It has to be a whole bracket thing. We’ll see. I have to think of every wrongdoing
everyone has done to me. – It’s me! I printed out some brackets. – This is just one, not some. – (Eric) Some is a one,
which is a number. Do you want to go make
staff fill them out? – Oh, okay, yes.
We’ll do that. – (Brooklin) Those are all
College Kids episodes. – I know, I know, I know,
but what I’m saying is it most views, is it most likes–
– No, what do you think of them? What’s the best one?
– That’s personal. That’s not stats.
– (Brooklin) Exactly. – Have you not seen that meme?
– No. – (Brooklin) Wow,
you’re out of touch, bro. – I don’t know. – (Eric) Yeah, exactly,
and, like, Kayne and stuff. – I just saw that one yesterday,
so yay for me. – And then how do you know who wins
if it’s all opinion? – (staffer) No one’s
actually going to win anything. – (Brooklin) It’s
just to start argument. – (Jordan) Yeah. There’s one about
internet boyfriends, all the guys– Sean Mendes is on the list
of all the guys the internet loves. – Who is Sean Mendes? – We get to choose? – I mean, you get to fill out
the tournament bracket. It’s all 64 episodes.
– Wait, the whole thing? – (Eric) Under 20 seconds!
– Oh my god. Okay, that’s moving on.
That’s moving on. That’s moving on.
That’s moving on. TrashDubbz is moving on. Bhad Bhabie,
Melanie Mart– nope. I’m trying not to cry! – (Eric) Can you take us
through your top four, Austin? – Yes, okay, so as you can see,
it’s come down to My Chemical Romance
versus the fashion trends episode, versus our racism
in America episode versus K-pop. So My Chemical Romance
versus fashion trends. I gotta give it to
the My Chemical Romance episode. So it’s My Chemical
Romance versus K-pop. I think I’m gonna go with K-pop. How could I not go with K-pop? It’s the obvious winner. – (Eric) How’s it going?
– This is almost done. – I actually am filling this out. This is fun. Jacksfilms versus Evil Patrick.
– (Eric) Ooh! – Gotta go with Evil Patrick.
Gotta go with the meme. Always gotta go with the meme. – (Eric) Jacksfilms is the meme, dude. – Yeah, well, Evil Patrick then. – I’m going with Jack. Now it’s Jack versus
the straight arm challenge. And Jordan and I tend to agree
that Morgan’s attempt at the straight arm challenge
in the straight arm challenge– like in the description–
is so good. Racism in America versus
Marina and the Diamonds. (laughing) – (Eric) That sounds
like an awesome thesis paper. – All right, my top two
are Marina and the Diamonds versus Lil Dicky. The winner of the 2018 top 65–
– (staffer) 64. – 64 College Kids React
episodes is my man, Lil D. – (Eric) Hey! You’ve heard
of the Great Wall of China. You’ve heard of the Berlin Wall. You’ve heard of The Wall,
that Pink Floyd album, but we have a brand new wall
to introduce you to. The AE wall! Everything is different. Brynn turned into a pile of blankets. Lizzy!
– Hello. – (Eric) Hey, how’s
the new wall going? – It’s going very nicely. We have a beautiful new installation
that I paid very much for. – (Eric) The bouncing Brooklin?
– Yes. It’s one of a kind, actually.
– I get paid $5 an hour, and I’m only here for two hours a day. – We got me, we got Nicki,
so we’re back to back and we can touch now.
– (Eric) Aww. – And then Lucas
has a standing desk and Andre, and then Austin and Karen. I like it a lot better because
now it’s like we sort of are
like our own people now, just one big thing,
especially because we moved to siloed stuff. Some of us work exclusively OG. Some of us work exclusively RC. – (Eric) You’ll always be
AE Island to us. – Look, we got our name tags up.
– (Eric) Ooh, that’s nice. – There was a picture
of me on this wall, and then she put
her name tag right next to it, but we were worried
we’d confuse Kyle. Go into Kyle’s office
and look at his wall. – (Eric) That’s a weird request,
but anything for you. – We made him a guide. – (Eric) Aww, Kyle has
a handy-dandy little reminder. We see the seating chart on your wall,
with Nicki and Lizzy. – Oh yeah, that’s true. Yeah, I don’t not remember names. I get confused with names
that sound similar. – (Eric) Nicki and Lizzy? What is similar about Nicki and Lizzy? – (Brooklin) They end in Y.
– (Eric) They don’t! Nicki ends in I.
– They both sound the same. They both start at the same time. They both have the same job. – (Brooklin) No, that’s just you.
I know the difference. (laughing)
– (Eric) Thanks, Ethan. Hey, Tom, what are we doing? – Well, we are about
to start filming our VR for The Inpatient,
which is the Until Dawn prequel. It’s gonna be me, Tori… – I have taco in my teeth. Hold on! – (Eric) Taco-knee.
– And Scott. We’re all gonna be
playing through this on Twitch. – (Eric) So this is the first time
we’re ever doing a full let’s play on Twitch, right?
– Yeah, exactly. I think we’re gonna try
to do the whole game in one sitting, which is going to be crazy
and Marc told me to bring extra pants and I did because people pee and poop
their pants in this game. I’m a little nervous. – (Eric) How has the transition
been going from full Let’s Plays on the React channel
to now doing it on Twitch streams? – It’s been pretty crazy hectic
because I’m also taking over Game of the Week as the producer. It’s a completely different world. It’s like we’re building up
the entire show package from the ground up now,
so it’s like all the assets that we usually have
when we just choose a game and we find questions we want to ask
and people who want to play it, it’s all that in addition
to how does the frame gotta look? What’s the set
we’re gonna have them on? How do we get
everything doing this live? It’s insane.
It’s crazy. – Well, it’s the end of the day
and I gotta head out. I know we’ve had lots
of wall-to-wall fun today, right, Tori? – Yeah!
– Woo! That’s what I call a duo. Anyways, I’m not gonna leave though
