In this video I will teach you the answers to the most asked question in job interview for fresh grads Hi! My name is Jason In this channel, I will talk about the hacks to job interviews and the ways to hire more employees And now to the questions Question No.1 Tell me about yourself Start with your name Your short name to be precise Where you originally from and where you currently resides in What is your career aspiration? Put in some part time job if you have, what have you done and how long have you done it and lastly share a bit about your hobbies as well as it do take count if you have something you excel during your school time or during your college time which you win some national contest or state type of contest please share that as well you should really practice this question in front of mirror many many times make sure you talk it out instead of writing it down because this question is the only question that remain unchanged in any interviews and you can use it throughout your lifetime Remember, No one knows this better than you Question no 2, what are your strengths let me give you a example what could you talk about alot alot of examples of this you say that im but you must remember you must include some case to backup whatever you have done to demonstrate the kind of strengths that you have Im a team player. During my time in college, I was being grouped among the students into 5 of us so we did this type of project everyone were to contribute their ideas and everyone try to do their part so they could contribute to the final end project to the Question no.3 something to avoid you cant say you dont know your weakness because if you say you do not know, it means you’re perfect and no one is perfect if you say something, that means you have self awareness and you can improve yourself in the future but do not share something like this im lazy so what should you share? you can share things that would not affect you in the job or you may share something you have your weakness on but how you actually overcome this kind of weakness as an example, if you were to apply for sales job Im a talkative person as this job requires you to meet people and talk more somehow it become a thing dont really affect your job so its something that you really want to share but dont share this for desk bound job like accounting cause talkative makes you bad another example of a different type I have learned that I’m a careless person so in order to overcome my own weakness as careless I check my work many many many times before I submit for the final state let me give you a quote to answer this question so this is actually a quote from art of war, sun tzu it means that you must know detail about your enemy so dont just go wikipedia and just look it up and memorize some of that that may not be enough because I have seen my company got update and people share things that are old or obselete so make sure you do deeper but how deep you research about their company website, what is them about what is their goal, what is their financial earning this year and last year where are the company heading to? you not need to share all these numbers and all at least you must know the company slogan and where they are heading and how you would add value to the company if you were to take up that position the common mistake that people do when they answer this question is i want to learn and everyone joining a new job is there to learn because in every single job you get to learn but when you say this it creates that kind of impression in every interviewer that they have is you are there just to learn so when you get to learn the whole stuff after 1 year or maybe few months, when you learn about the job you will leave soon so that means you have a very low staying power dont just say you are there to learn, but what you wanted to achieve what is your career aspiration when I told you earlier in the job introduction so you want to share that, you say that how when you join this company you would add value to the company the company could give you experience that could lead you to your career goals or career aspiration along in certain industry or that industry so they are convinced you are the right fit for the job this question actually means that there are hundreds or thousands of candidates for this company to choose from and what are you so special that you are different from them so you want to share things that you have if you have a part time job, make sure you put it in here because you would say using example I’m a person that could easily jive with people because during my summertime, i have done part time job in mcdonalds where i have to talk to people so i could easily jive with the company culture and im pleasant im a person that easy to talk to people (approachable) as an example, put it into a case where you can demonstrate what is you so special about and if you do not have any experience then share about your strengths and put it into a case how you could add value to the company and what you so great about so this question is actually questioning you about your career aspiration or what you will do if you join them dont say something like this I want to become a manager in next 5 years or I want to open my own business or entrepreneur in next 5 years why can I say manager in the answer it has very high possibility that the one interview you is the manager and the manager is just a title i will make more videos in future explaining this what could you possibly share as an example you want to put your career aspiration to where you want to go in next 2 years or 5 years so what you want to aim becomes very important and clear about your goals what do you want and you have a direction sense towards the aim and they will feel you are the right employee a sample answer of this in next 2 years if I were given a chance to join this company I would take my first year learn about the job, secone year try to excel in what i have been doing so if I given a further chance, I would progress myself further up the ladder into more supervisory role most importantly whatever answers that you have research or read over the internet remember the most important part is energy projection what is energy projection, you want to sound that you are enthusiastic just like an example when you talk about your hobbies, how would you sound you sound very into the thing, you would talk about it with that kind of pitching, tone that is very high and the way of talking is slightly faster you want to talk like that which do you think the question to be toughest? put down in the comments below and I will try to help you answer some of those and next week I will make more interview hack videos
