Audi Graduate Programs

Hi, good to see you here! You’ve always wanted to find out
more about the Audi graduates? Come on, I’ll show you around. Within one of our three graduate programs
you’re going to start off in a specific target area… … in Ingolstadt or Neckarsulm… … and then continue through various
business divisions or interface areas. Apart from an excellent social program,
you’ll eventually benefit from an enormous network. Hi Anna. That does look cool! Yeah, it looks really cool.
We’re just recreating a line with lego bricks. It’s part of our one-week KVP workshop. I myself, I’m part of the Change Perspective Program. Within twelve months,
we’ll run through various business divisions… … getting to know many different perspectives. Thanks for the brief insight, Anna. Of course, all of this exists in real life as well.
And that’s what I’m going to show you now. Hi Manuel. You’re currently doing
your production module, aren’t you? Exactly. This week, I’m at the production line. But I’ll also cover strategy and I’ll probably
spend my international module in Sweden. So, a wide range is being covered. That sounds really exciting. By the way, each graduate is going to spend
three consecutive days in Audi catering. And don’t forget to mention
all the networking events. Thanks, Manuel! You’re welcome. We’ve already learnt quite a lot
about the social program. Now, let’s have a closer look
at the technical aspects. Therefore, we’re going to visit
the preproduction centre. Derk, what are you doing here? This is the cave where we use VR glasses
to simulate vehicle assembly, for instance. Also, I’m here with my colleague
and we’re discussing… … whether we could actually do this
at a graduate day sometime. The graduate day is part
of all graduate programs. Personally, I’m following
the Collect Expertise Program… … where we cover different interface areas
during the course of 24 months. Cool, thanks for the insight, Derk. You’re welcome. Thanks for stopping by. Incidentally, the graduates aren’t only
restricted to their areas of operations. They also cover totally different topics,
for example in project groups. Ah, here’s Rashid. Ah okay, and this here behind us
is the social project group? Cool, let’s have a look. Hey, and what are your plans for tonight? Graduates’ meeting at the pub. Okay, have fun and enjoy yourselves. And good luck for you with your applications.
