I remember Atul very well. He was a student in the very first cohort the TEMBA program. That program was created by dr. Kamatht. I had the opportunity to work with Atul in its consulting project and given Atul’s expertise in the top of that he was working on it was one of the best project he did a fantastic job in terms of writing the report and making the presentation and the client was very very happy. And given the fact that possibility smart and intelligent person I’m not surprised that Atul is very successful vice president today and I’m very happy that Atul came back with gratitude and contributed to the scholarship our college. So I’m very grateful to him for what he has done. My name is Atul and I’m a engineer by profession and basically work at that doesn’t want to call and the position of VP off Hardware Engineering and Worldwide Operations everything I have today, I basically owe it to the TEMBA program and I say it prior to the TENBA program you know I was very successful as an engineer what TEMBA program really did was provide me the opportunity to grow outside of the engineering mold that I was in for almost 15 years and grow myself into a leadership role. I came back from that program it was we can we talk about leadership and I was on the way back i was driving back and I called one of my mentors and I told him I said it’s amazing what a good leader can do okay what skills that you learn when you go back and become a leader and he says, “Atul, someone brain washed you okay,” said “What ‘s going on? You didn’t believe in any of these things”. I said, “No I think this is the way to look at it,” is an important aspect of any business okay to be a good leader to be able to put best practices you know that actually brings the team together and makes a business success it’s not about the technical piece of it is not about the tactical piece of it’s about you know how do you really motivate people. My name is Atul Dhablani, I’m the Vice President of Hardware Design and Engineering and Worldwide Operations at Dell SonicWALL and I am a Pioneer!
