Welcome Friends!!! I am saint Aayu First we are going to do a breathing Exercise. In this we have to inhale through nose and exhale through mouth Now we will do dance session Oh man….my pony tail fell. Now we will do Rooster exercise (chicken sound) Now we will do Bird exercise Oh No…my cloth fell down. I will tell you the best exercise It is called sleeping exercise. Aayu…. Oh no….Sister came. What are you doing? Sister, I am teaching yoga to everyone. You want to learn too? Why are teaching wrong exercises to everyone? All of you please don’t listen to him. Aayu… Get up I will teach you the correct YOGA. Oh …now my Drape opened up. I will be back Please like our facebook page and subscribe our Youtube channel Best and easiest Yoga Asaan for kids is Butterfly Pose We have to join our feet and hold them with hands Then we have to move our legs lika a butter fly This increase immunity and flexibility of kids. Very Good !!! Next is Bee exercise First we will rub both hands together. Put our fingers on our face. Index finger on our forehead. and thumb on ears. then we will close our mouth to make humming sounds Hmmmmmmmmmm…. This exercise increase concentration and memory in kids. Next is Chakrasan First we will lie on our back Then keep our hands besides our head. Fold the knees. Push our stomach upwards. To make a chakra (WHEEL) This increase flexibility, power, concentration. Next is HALASAN For this we have to lie on our back. Keep your hands straight. Pull your legs above your head as much as you can, very slowly. Slowly, pull your legs back to normal position. This increase Strength, Immunity and flexibility in kids. Have you learnt or not? Next is TADASAN. Cross your fingers with each other. Stretch your hands upwards above your head. and stretch your legs as well. This will help kids to increase their height.
